Yow, my eyes are burning. I spent a couple hours today sorting out about forty dirtbike posters in my room. And it's painted Suzuki colors: bright red, yellow, white, and black. Plus, after being on the computer, it's not helping me....

Trust me, it's no fun. Submerging yourself and a bike, that is.
Well, I have race pants that I've been borrowing for a few months now, and I think it's time to get my own. When we bought our quads, the dealership gave us $500 to spend on gear or parts or whatever we wanted from their store, so we'll probably use that to get gear.
I'm gonna get blue THOR gear, just so I can match Chad (:

Well, I definetely don't regret my whole swamp 'adventure'. I mean seriously, how many riders can say that they totally submerged a bike, got stuck in a mossy and dirty pond for an hour, finally climbed out thanks to the help of some sunflower plant branches, and looked like the mud monster when they did get out?
I also don't regret the very first day I rode a dirtbike, and I looped it out COMPLETLEY. Got a hole in my jeans, and caught it on tape (:

Thanks for the riding tips. I always try to remember all of those when I ride. And I do have all the rith gear, except for a jersey and pants. I just got goggles about a month ago, which were hand-me-downs, along with my boots that I got last year.
I don't trust anyone on my bike or the quad. I'm barely confident that my own mom, who has the quad, can ride it. but who am I to talk? Last year when I was learning on a 1995 Honda XR50, I tried to ride like Chad Reed and ended up going face-first into a swamp...
And I ALWAYS have fun riding (:
